How We Hire

Apply
A 5-step structured form. No cover letter required. We read every application personally.

Founder intro call
30 minutes with Dmitry. We tell you what the role actually looks like day-to-day. You tell us what you're looking for.

Technical conversation
60–90 minutes. Paired with one founder and one PLEXI engineer. We talk through how you work - a real problem, your approach, your reasoning. No whiteboard. No algorithms theater.
04
Reference check and offer
One or two references, a brief check, then an offer within a few days.

No whiteboard hazing
No algorithm puzzles, no LeetCode mediums on a whiteboard under observation.
No marathon take-homes
Nothing longer than 4 hours. We respect that your time has value before you've been paid for it.
No panel of strangers
You'll meet one or two people per conversation. Not a committee of eight deciding your fate.
FAQ
Common Questions
Do you sponsor visas?
Not currently. Both roles are remote and open to anyone with work authorization where they live. We are not set up to sponsor US H-1B or UK Skilled Worker visas at this stage.
Is this full-time employment or consulting?
Full-time employment. We are building a team, not a contractor bench.
How quickly do these roles get filled?
We move fast when we find the right person. Both roles have been open a short time. We respond to every application within 3 business days.
What AI experience actually matters here?
Less about credentials, more about how you actually work. If you use Claude Code or Cursor as a daily driver, have opinions about prompt design, and have pushed LLM tooling beyond autocomplete - that is the bar. Building an MCP server or custom agent is a differentiator, not a requirement.
